Client Sales Consultant

EC Credit Control has been helping our clients get paid since 1989. We are a specialist credit management agency and work hard to improve businesses' cash flow.

Who would suit this role?

If you enjoy helping people solve problems, have great composure, and can remain calm under pressure then this may be a suitable role for you. We’re looking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can put our customers first.

What does this role entail?

• Full-time sales role based in Napier CBD
• Support small and medium businesses across New Zealand
• Help clients improve cash flow and financial wellbeing
• Work with a steady stream of inbound leads
• Access to a large client and data database – never short of prospects
• Phone and virtual meetings with business owners
• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to implementation and ongoing support

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads and schedule online discovery meetings
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Present solutions and clearly communicate benefits
• Nurture existing client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service

What do we need from you?

• Customer service or finance background beneficial, but not essential
• Proficiency in computer and basic data entry skills
• Legal eligibility to work in NZ as per NZ Immigration requirements
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and via video calls
• A great attitude - you'll have plenty of patience and positive vibes for our customers
• Previous experience in insurance, real estate or similar industries would be beneficial
